Put RBRC’s EPA-approved recycling seal on your battery packs!
Every year, the portable rechargeable power industry produces millions of rechargeable battery packs to power products like cordless tools, cellular and cordless phones, laptop computers, digital cameras, two-way radios, camcorders, and remote control toys. But when those long-life batteries die, they need to be recycled.
RBRC’s Call2Recycle™ program offers an easy solution to rechargeable battery manufacturers and OEMs. When you place the RBRC Battery Recycling Seals on your battery packs, RBRC recycles them—keeping them out of landfills, and promoting a safer, cleaner environment for everyone. And, our recycling program meets all federal and state laws, including the Battery Act, for recycling Nickel Cadmium (Ni-Cd), Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH), Lithium Ion (Li-ion), and Small Sealed Lead* (Pb) rechargeable batteries. (*weighing up to 2lbs/1kg per battery)
